PegasusBridge Fund Management Limited manages The PegasusBridge Defence & Security Fund Limited, Europe’s first fund to focus exclusively on the fast growing Defence and Homeland Security sectors
We are particularly interested in early to late-stage dual use technologies which have both defence and civilian leading edge applications; for example novel x-ray scanning, advanced surveillance and standard-setting biometrics to name but a few. However our Fund does not invest in anything of a lethal nature such as weapons, offensive materials or biological agents
Our typical investment range is from £250,000 to £4 million per company and our team has very strong links and experience in international defence, security, industrial and other areas which will greatly benefit our investees
Qualifying Investee Companies of the Fund will have a protectable core proposition, usually with strong Intellectual Property (IP), demonstrable early revenues and clear sustainable growth potential
The Fund began operation in October 2007 and welcomes enquiries from potential investees of the Fund through our investment adviser, PegasusBridge Fund Management LLP
